SAP Assessment for dwellings up to 80m2	£50.00 + VAT + Certificate
SAP Assessment for dwellings from 80m2 to 150m2	£65.00 + VAT + Certificate
SAP Assessment for dwellings from 150m2 to 250m2	£75.00 + VAT + Certificate
SAP Assessment for dwellings from 250m2 to 450m2	£85.00 + VAT + Certificate
SAP Assessment for dwellings over 450m2	£ Price on application
Advice & Amendments at verification stage to achieve DER/TER compliance	£ FREE
Extensions: includes 2 certificates (Notional and Proposed)	- £200.00 + VAT

Please note that the above fees are subject to VAT and that discounts are available for contracts involving multiple dwellings.

SAP Rating Compliance Certificates:

Initial design compliance certificate	£25.00 + VAT
Final build compliance certificate	£25.00 + VAT

These are required with each assessment at both design stage and on completion to indicate any changes that have been made during the construction process.We will also need confirmation of the Air Permeability Tests which are now required under the 2006 Regulations.

Air Permeability Testing:

Although we do not carry out the Air Permeability Test ourselves we have access to a number of Approved Air Pressure Testers (BINDT registered) who can provide this service from about £250.00 for a one-off dwelling. + We have links with acoustic/sound testers.

SBEM:

Ratings for non-domestic buildings (Part L2): Prices are available on request.

Seminars:

A series of seminars to explain the complexities of the building regulations parts L1A and L1B and the Code for Sustainable Homes are being held nationwide. These half day seminars include a LIVE calculation of SAP2005 which will demonstrate the various routes to compliance and achieving the various levels of the code.
